Delivery Time (Pakistan): Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 working days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD service is available nationwide with a flat delivery charge of PKR 250.

Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on advance payment orders.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You may return your item within 30 days, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For fragrance products, the bottle must contain at least 95% of the original product. Items that are heavily used, damaged, or altered will not qualify for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please report it within 7 days of delivery with clear photos for quick resolution.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time required for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
