At Usman Baig Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer an exchange policy within 15 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. For fragrance products, the bottle must contain at least 95% of the original product remaining. Products that are used excessively, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
Timeframe: Exchange requests are accepted within 7–15 days from the date of purchase.
Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or at discounted prices are generally non-exchangeable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately and provide your order details along with clear photos. Late claims may not be accepted.
An original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
