Indian Rose attar is crafted using the traditional Deg & Bhapka hydro-distillation method, a centuries-old technique:
- Fresh rose petals are distilled in copper vessels (Deg)
- Vapors are condensed into a sandalwood oil base (Bhapka)

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. For fragrance products, the bottle must contain at least 95% of the original product remaining. Products that are used excessively, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
Timeframe: Exchange requests are accepted within 7–15 days from the date of purchase.
Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or at discounted prices are generally non-exchangeable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately and provide your order details along with clear photos. Late claims may not be accepted.
